Goods are hired to the customer on the understanding that they shall be returned in an undamaged and clean condition and the customer shall be responsible for and indemnify us against any loss or damage to the goods while on hire.

Customers are advised to check immediately after collecting the hired goods that they are complete, are the correct sizes, and are in good condition. We can not be liable for any loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss suffered by a customer.

A £25 comfimation charge is payable at the titne of booking and is credited against the hire.
Cancellation of any hire is charged at £ 1 0 per outfit.
A security deposit by credit card to a minimum level of £100.00 per Highland Outfit is required when collecting the outfit, overseas hire £200.00 per outfit.

All hire garments are to be returned by 12.00 p.m. on the stipulated return date. The return date on the hire agreement stated is the date from which charges will arise for late return. Overdue returns will be charged at a rate of £20 per outfit per day.

We reserve the right to substitute a Tartan to a comparable colour match should the preferred tartan not be available in a specific size.

Suit covers are loaned but are subject to a charge of £ 1 5 each if not returned. In no case does a hire agreement cover a period greater than 31 days.

I agree to return the goods on the day stated and will pay a surcharge of £20.00 per day for each day late to a maximum of 7 days where by if 1 have not returned the hire items 1 agree to pay the full replacement retail new cost of the hired goods which 1 authorise you to deduct from my credit card number left as a security deposit.

I accept full responsibility for all items hired to my party and in the event of loss or damage or theft by a third party 1 agree to pay for the full replacement cost and any standing charges against the hire levied by the hire company.1 have read understand and agree to the above terms and conditions, signed this day,
